Bricked R7000, COM3 connection giving garbage

In the process of updating my R7000, it got bricked.  I went through all the guides, got the TTY cable, opened the router, configured Putty, and booted the router... and this is the output I got in the Putty console:

I verified the Putty settings: 8,1, off - no dice.  I also verified the correct cables were on the correct posts.  Windows 10 had no issue installing the TTY cable, the correct drivers were picked up without a problem.

Any idea how to get past this, or is this one good and truly bricked beyond cybermancy?

Figured it out.  I had the Baud set to 11,520, not 115,200 - once I spotted the comma in another post, I saw my error, and fixed it.

I'm good now, thank you!
