If you look in the DDWRT Kong R9000 firmware packages he includes a rollback image for the stock firmware which would probably work. But that has not been updated since the beginnning of the year so you will likely be going backwards a bit before you can go forward. Why reverting to vanilla anyway?

Would that file work even though it is a .bin? I believe that stock firmware as well as Voxel's fw is working with .img files.
