WN Series Open Source Firmware

Hello.

I performed a tomato firmware installation on my WNR3500Lv2 last week directly from the stock factory firmwares according to the guide here on this site (which did not mention anything about needing to update to DD-WRT or any other firmware first). After the update was complete the router seemed it wouldn't boot up properly, and i got the well-known "amber" power-light symptom.

After being very happy with my WNR2500L in my Australian office, I recently purchased another for my Philippines office. This second one happrened to be a WNR3500L v2, so I opened both up to see what the physical differences are.

I bought the router, spent about 2 weeks and decided to go back to stock fw. Why? Long story short:

1. Open-wrt pretty much has nothing decent to get beginner set up.

2. DD-Wrt has a nice quote "if you dont know your way around, dont use it" and they call themselves open source community and want donations.

3. Tomato, it looked unclear to me where it stands to didnt try it..

have suggestion , it s possible to make all option in build , in admin --> keep alive, is empty

on kong version watch dog WDS and automatic reboot router programmation time.

in admin - language an theme not avaible .

in service - no SNMP option .

in wireless basic  - no ack timing parameters.

problems router name not change save and apply after reboot name is DD-WRT.

Led power and wan is ambre not green.

in shell run command not work.

Thx for advance to resolve problems and upload new firmware.

Is there some kind of AntiSpam addon for Tomato (or dd-wrt) ?

If not, can we find/compile an imap client ?
