Bridge time out

Hello all,Yesterday I installed DD-WRT on my Linksys WRT160N just so I could use it as a wireless bridge. I'm using WPA2 (AES) encription and have it connected to a RICOH Aficio 2018 Printer.Everything works as it should... I can print to it from 3 laptops, and the scanning function emails the correct recipients, so I'm confident all the settings are correct.

Hello all, I just created an account, and have been perusing things around here. Nice place you got. :)

 

So I have noticed that with OpenWRT Attitude Adjustment, and its descendents, I cannot get a WAN DHCP lease.  That is, the connection between my cable modem and OpenWRT/DD-WRT/CeroWRT/Gargoyle routers will not initiate.

 

This doesn't seem to be an issue with the early Backfire or earlier releases, though I tried a couple of the later Backfires, and they did the same thing.

 

RFlow on Brainslayer DD-WRT Builds?

I am pretty new to this, Switched from the last "regular" dd-wrt to brainslayer's version yesterday and like it a lot the only thing I am missing is rflow support. Is this something that can be added? Some posts seem to suggest yes others no.

Any input is welcome

How to fix site blocked by router?

There's a url (www.napo2013.net or 76.12.13.53) which times out when using the WNR3500L router hardwired to my desktop.  No other connectivity problems have been observed.  Checked with both the site administrator and Time Warner who of course, say all's peachy keen.  Then circumvented the router and got to the URL.  Very strange.  Is there a way to clear cache on the router, or some other approach to fix this?  Other URLs to this server appear to work fine.

All suggestions are most welcome!

    -i: 40MHz intolerate bit; -w: 20MHz width Req bit;
    -c: channel list, 1 - 14
    At least one option must be provided

 

but  
# wl obss_coex_action -i 0 -w 1 -c 6

wl: Undefined error

QOS crashing wndr3500l with vpnkong 19545M and 20805M

When I enable QOS in my router, after few hours the router crash and I need to reboot it. I'm still connected to the wifi but I can access the webpage and I dont have an internet access. Any idea why it does that?

Hi,

I've been using Tomato now for quite some time.

Never had any trouble but since 2 weeks my wifi speed is bad.

I've tried reflash older firmware -> no luck

After a 30-30-30 reset I still have Tomato firmware on my router -> is this normal?

I don't know how to solve this. Can someone please help me?

WNR3500L v2 Collect Email Addresses via Captive Portal

Hello

 

I have been trying to find a way to collect customer email addresses when customers connect to free wifi.

 

So basically they would connect without having to specify a password and a web page would then open asking them to agree to the terms and conditions and specify their email address. If they have not connected before it wold then proceed to ask for their name and maybe ask them to tick a box to subscribe to a mailing list.

 

WNR3500L v2 128MB or not?

I've seen the question asked, but never answered to my satisfaction. Does the WNR3500L v2 really have 128MB nvram? I can't figue out how to access it, but perhaps that's just my inexperience. How are other people doing it?

I'm probably not the only one that bought this model because of the large amount of memory that has been advertised.

Dyndns hostname with DD-wrt?

Hello, I've been using dd-wrt for almost a year now but am wondering how to use my dyndns hostname on lan computers? I'm running a web server and would like to be able to access it by using my dyndns hostname rather than the lan IP of my server.

My old router did this automatically. I've read something about enabling loopback, not sure whether or not that's what I should be looking for...
